I am confused as to why you are showing that one needs to purchase item 47439 with this item 34182 as I believe the paraffin cartridge comes with the assembly. Please clarify.

A. You are completely correct on this. We have moved the cartridge from a recommended item to an accessory item. The Grohe 34 182 comes equipped with cartridge assembly.
