Are hot and cold valves and pop-up included in faucet kit ?

A. The Grohe 20 121 includes the valve and pop up, but the handles are sold seperately.

Where do I specify the measurement for the faucet centers?

A. The Grohe 20 121 uses flexible supply lines, and can be installed on centers from 5.5" to 27.5" as necessary. You do not need to specify the measurement when you order.

Do the handles stop when turning off the water or do they gradually stop?

A. On the Grohe 20 121 the handles stop where they are in the picture, and move forward to turn on.
